We want you to feel confident in your graduation attire; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and garments are folded neatly to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the academic dress, mortarboard, or accessories back in their original packaging, ensuring all items are secure and protected.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
