How long does shipping take and do you offer tracking?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy for graduation sets?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all purchased items, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. For hired items, please follow the return instructions included in your package to avoid late fees.
Can I wash or iron my gown before the ceremony?
We recommend a cool hand wash or professional dry cleaning. To remove creases, use a garment steamer or a cool iron on the reverse side of the fabric.
